It seems we are a world of sedentary people. Well, of course, not everyone. But, if you are reading this post perhaps you or someone you know is struggling with weight gain and exercise (or lack thereof). They, perhaps, have gone on all the diets out there.. You know, the fad diets and they just can’t seem to get the weight off. There are plenty of resources on the internet about weight gain, being overweight and which are the best exercises to get weight off quickly and keep it off. Wikipedia has a fantastic article about “sedentary lifestyles” which of course leads to “weight gain” which in turn leads to “weight loss challenges for people over 40”. You can read the article here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sedentary_lifestyle
The article talks about physical activity, health conditions that can result from being overweight such as: anxiety, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, obesity and many more. Dr Berg has a great article on helping you understand your body type and this article leads to practical, healthful, dietary ways to take control of the “weight loss” challenge you face. https://www.drberg.com/body-type-quiz-9
